And I understand what you are going through right now, because I have been there. 

I publicly showed up like I was successfully managing “life,” BUT I was broken on the inside.

I was always overwhelmed and stressed at work, which severely impacted my personal life. And my vicious self-critical inner voice made things much worse.

I was desperate for things to change but I didn’t know how or where to start

The only solution I could come up with was either to quit my job or wait for that ONE DAY where things would just magically be different. 

I eventually got out of my hot mess of a life. Yes, it’s been magical, I frickin’ genuinely love my life with all its ups and downs, but it didn’t magically change overnight. 

So how did I do it?

It required commitment and tons of guidance to understand myself at a profound - inner level, which is essential if you want to be happy in a life that continually bombards you with challenges and struggles. 

If I had to summarize my transformation journey, there were 3 essential steps:


1. POWER OF PAUSE

Breaking away from the hustle and creating a safe space for my self-reflection. Clarity on who I was and who I wanted to be helped me to identify the steps needed for my self-improvement journey.

2. POWER OF BELIEFS

Raising awareness on my habits and self-limiting beliefs that I didn’t even know existed but were holding me back at work and in life. This was a critical step to break that inner-resistance and start taking back the control on my life and work challenges.

3. POWER OF SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

Accept responsibility for all my life experiences. This meant I could no longer blame work for my miserable life, no more complaining or shifting blame, and no more downplaying serious issues in my life. If I didn’t like something in life, I am responsible to change it.

Our limiting beliefs are the biggest mental blocks that prevent us from living happy lives. To achieve personal success and happiness, you must first break these self-sabotaging beliefs. Eliminating them will help you develop the courage and confidence to live an uncompromising life.

In this phase you will: 

  • Uncover your limiting beliefs that act like an invisible barrier holding you back from living a good life, so you can break free and replace them with powerful thoughts that support you to believe in yourself and give you confidence to accomplish the things you truly want in life.

  • Identify, diagnose and replace unhealthy habits that are limiting you from reaching your full potential, so you can create the change you want to see in yourself, and create new routines that fuel your energy and drive to achieve the results that you desire.

  • Effectively manage and tame your inner-critic that has you living in self-doubt, never feeling good enough, and in fear of judgement from others; transforming that into a dialoguer that encourages self-acceptance and empowers you to live life with more ease and relaxation.

Self mastery is all about taking control over the one thing that you have control over: YOURSELF. This phase will equip you with tools and techniques that help you stay grounded in your everyday life by managing your attention, emotions, actions and attitude.

In this phase you will: 

  • Set healthy work boundaries without the fear of judgment or guilt, giving you the confidence to say ‘no’ to things that drain your energy, enabling you to create more space and time for the things and people that give you joy.

  • Learn art of making decisions with confidence and detaching from fear-based decision making, empowering you to trust your choices, and curb the habit of excessive thinking and worrying

  • Discover how to tactfully deal with difficult personalities at work; and radiate both courage and assertiveness to stand up for yourself when needed, and better manage your expectations from challenging colleagues, ultimately helping you feel more relaxed at work. 

  • Learn how to shift your perspective around work struggles and pressures, be inspired to meet challenges head-on, and let go of overwhelm and constant worrying that is holding you back from achieving greater success at work.

Who’s The Coach?

I am Nukhba, a spiritual soul, adventurous at heart, and a Life Transformation Coach specializing in work/life balance.

I love to guide women in high-demand careers on how to tackle and better manage their work stressors, overwhelm, and self-doubt. So they can confidently start to enjoy their work and restore a sense of calm and ease in their lives.

I, too, went from hating my life to frickin’ genuinely loving my life with all its ups and downs. 

My own unhappiness in life stemmed from being unhappy at work. 

And as much as I wanted to make things better, I really didn’t know how to.  

I was making two critical mistakes.

The first mistake I made was not committing to my own personal growth. Only when things got really bad, I looked for quick-fix solutions that helped me survive the chaos. 

I did not realize that to thrive in life, I needed to continuously work on myself, my mindset, and my well-being. 

The second mistake I made was that I relied on family and friends for advice on how to make my life better. I also read blogs and listened to podcasts, but I could never commit or follow through on the things I was learning. 

I did not realize that I needed a coach to hold space and guide me through self-reflection and continual personal development for me to live my best personal and professional life. 

These two mistakes only led me to go around in circles.

Because of a lack of commitment to self-development and personal fulfillment, I was getting pulled in different directions in life. And it was hard to find dedicated time and space to work on me. It was close to impossible. 

Because I only relied on family and friends for advice, I could not always speak openly about all my struggles without fearing judgment and feeling like a burden on others. 

So I did two things that changed everything for me and which led me to be happy inside-out both at work and in my personal life: 

I became determined to take on the responsibility to work on myself and decided to not do this ALL alone and seek guidance from others who have gone through a similar experience. 

My coaches have been my armor against work and life’s challenges. 

They have helped me build inner strength, cope with my emotions, understand my thoughts, and raise awareness about my reactions. I couldn’t have done all this by just reading books or learning from Google or chatting with friends. 

I can confidently say that the time and money I have invested in myself doing the work has paid itself many times over.

I can now stand strong and live powerfully without getting thrown off-course because of external work and life events. 

I am genuinely a happy person living my best life!
